Payment terms

Prepayment, when making an order to the customer is displayed the pre-filled transfer form, which the customer should be filled when making an order. Customer will pay the bank transfer.

The product will be sent after your payment is shown in our account.

Delivery Payment

Includes in the price of the product.

Delivery

Most orders will be shipped within a few days from the order. In some cases it may take a little longer, but not more than 2 weeks from the order.

Delivery Method

The products will be delivered by mail.

The pick-up is possible by agreement, or other ways, if terms especially agreed.

Product back

Unused products have a 14-day unlimited right of return.

The product should return with the original packaging.

Customer may return the product in his own expense in the seller’s address.

To the buyer will be returned the price of the paid product(s) and the return mailing costs according to postage stamp(s) , the sum will be paid to the customer’s account as soon as possible after the return.
